When I started college, I didn't even know how to really boil eggs, so I wanted to make sure that my daughters knew how to cook at least the basics.
In the cooking skills section, there are all links to all kinds of resources from cooking terms, to kitchen safety to basic recipes.
Some things sound so easy or we have been making them for years that we might forget to teach these.
